Policy

01 — CANCELLATION RULES

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled inspection time are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled inspection time are non-refundable.
• Rescheduling is available free of charge with at least 24 hours notice, subject to available time slots.
• If Check Our Property cancels or is unable to fulfil a booking, a full refund will be issued regardless of timing.

02 — THE FOUNDING FIFTY (PROMOTIONAL CHARTER)

The first fifty property-management customers (“the Founding Fifty”) receive charter benefits: a management fee locked at 8% of monthly rent for the lifetime of their continuous agreement, priority scheduling for inspections and maintenance, and a direct founder contact line. Charter benefits are promotional terms, not refunds; they do not alter the cancellation and refund rules in Sections 01 and 03, and lapse if the management agreement is terminated. Availability is confirmed at signing on a first-come basis.

03 — PROPERTY MANAGEMENT TERMINATION

• The property management agreement has a minimum commitment of 6 months from the date of signing.
• After the initial 6-month period, either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice.
• No exit fees or penalties apply after the initial commitment period.
• Early termination within the 6-month period may incur a fee equivalent to 2 months of management charges.
• Upon termination, all property documents, keys, and security deposits held will be returned within 15 business days.

04 — REFUND PROCESSING

All approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method (bank account or UPI). If the original payment method is unavailable, we will coordinate an alternative refund method. For any refund-related queries, contact us at support@checkaproperty.in.
