We guarantee 320 days of rent a year. If your flat stays vacant beyond 45 days in a calendar year, we pay the rent ourselves from the 46th day, at an average rent agreed in your management contract.

There is a minimum 6-month commitment for our property management service. After that, either party can terminate with 30 days written notice. No exit fees apply after the initial period.

A typical inspection takes 1.5 to 2.5 hours depending on the property size. 1BHK properties take around 1.5 hours, 2BHK around 2 hours, and 3BHK around 2.5 hours.

You will receive your detailed inspection report within 48 hours of the inspection. The report includes photographs, condition ratings, and recommendations.

Yes, you can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled inspection slot. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
